July 1, 2010: The Pocket 4th of July Parade will be on July 3rd this year, starting at 10am.
A poster containing more info is available here. Note that there is no longer a fireworks show
in the Pocket Area.
All other content has been moved from this front page of this website in preparation for our conversion to new software sometime after
the weekend. Have a great 4th of July weekend, and check back here later for our new website.
August 20.
Photos from the 4th of July Pocket Parade and event should be available soon.
I've given up struggling with the software for this website and will be replacing it. This means all entries in the
forums section will be lost. But as they haven't worked right in some time, that should be ok.
Also, I appologize for not being able to keep up with feedback. But with the amount of form spam bots active, the
messages were buried with tens of thousands of spam replies. I have now installed a captcha feature, which should
eliminate the problem.
July 6.
Photos from the 4th of July Pocket Parade are now online.
If you haven't looked at my Pocket Area photos in awhile, this would be a good time.
I've added a number of new photos recently.

the roadway April 17.

underground sewer line and stabilized the area surrounding the
infrastructure. The Department of Transportation restored the asphalt
pavement, along with the concrete curbing and landscaping within the
